- Office Manager/Reception
The Office Manager/Receptionist will be responsible for office administration and the front reception desk. Prepare, coordinate and implement Board meetings and corporate events. Manage all aspects of phone, the phone system and office equipment. Must be able to travel at least once a quarter. Based upon experience and/or a minimal three years of managerial skills, strong coordination skills, strong interpersonal skills, Computer literate in Word, Excel and Power Point, Excellent Office skills.

- Mentoring Manager (Account Management)
The Mentoring Manager partners with the client to enhance collaboration and connectivity among members of their Stakeholder and End-user communities through the utilization of the Skila's Knowledge Management Solutions. The Mentoring Manager is the key driver of value, customer adoption behavior, and communications within the user base to ensure program success. Mentoring Manager will provide education sessions, gain an understanding of how best to position the solution with various types of user groups, and proactively initiate efforts to encourage greater utilization and adoption of the Skila solution in their business process work flow. Position reports to the Strategic Business Director.

the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech industries with little
or no supervision. The Sales Director is also responsible for managing

account(s) with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely,
reliable, and consistent basis.
