Assistant to the CEO

Skila CEO is currently seeking an Assistant to the CEO, a position which supports the CEO managerial processes and activities, interaction with internal and external stakeholders, Planning, and pull through management Communication management (writing and verbal) with senior management, Company, Customer and other stake holders, Presentations special projects, scheduling, interaction with senior management, customers, board members
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting Management
- Pull Through Management
- Communication with Company, Customers and External stake holders
- Planning
- Special projects
- Administration
- Scheduling
- Travel Management
- Presentation Interaction with senior management, customers, board members
Requirements:
- A business degree, MBA preferred. Have a degree from out of US university is a Plus
- 2-4 years of work experience as a manger or team leader, outside of US experience is preferred
- Reside over 12 months in another country
- Fluent in 2nd language
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and additional language
- Excellent analytical and organization skills
- High Knowledge of commuters tools especially Excel , Power Point, Word, Outlook and internet search
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Poised and polished with a professional mindset
- Superior judgment and team player with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Willing to work long hours and travel
- Can Cycle 20 miles in less than 120 minutes
- Can run 5 k in less than 45 minutes
