Strategic Business Director

Skila seeks a Strategic Business Director to manage and grow major client relationships. This person will have overall accountability for client satisfaction, contract compliance, account growth and personnel management. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, including significant sales experience and the ability to think strategically and creatively
Responsible for hitting forecasted sales targets for the Company through the expansion of business with existing clients. You will management an account, build and maintain client relationships.
Responsible for growth of the account through the development of new sources of revenue with named strategic account(s) (pharmaceutical companies). Manage the sales process of Company's products and services to the designated named account(s). Maintains quality customer satisfaction within designated account(s) resulting in an on-going stream of projects from clients.
Responsible for establishing effective communication channels with internal resources and external executives to ensure the timely booking of revenue. Manages the sales process of Company's products and services to assigned account(s) with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
Manages the sales process of Company's products and services to designated account(s) with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis. Must know how to build, guide, manage, mentor, and motivate teams in addition to set, deliver revenue/profit targets. Should be comfortable in groups/teams and be able to both lead and follow.
Assesses complex situations, confronts issues, recommends and executes
on deliverables in conjunction with the Project Manager and Vice President
Client Team.
Manages Account plans and executes communication plans, including, monthly internal/external meetings, quarterly meetings with customer.
Grow a select client cluster with clearly established top line and bottom line targets. Sell new service offerings and solutions to the client targets. Collaborate with Solutions Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to achieve goals with efficacy.
Establish and maintain client relationship with key decision makers. Establish and build "trust" and leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals.
Position Skila as a Strategic partner and identify avenues to implement solutions.
Responsible for overall account to include work quality and customer satisfaction. Contribute to new business development efforts in other verticals and facilitate those offerings.
Should be able to leverage prior experience to bring 'higher value' solution offerings. Must be a big picture thinker and bring a successful track record with building comfortable relationships based on trust and respect.
Bachelor's Degree minimum, Master's Degree preferred. 5+ years of supplier-side selling experience, minimum, to pharmaceutical/biotech markets. Demonstrated experience selling solution services to strategic accounts. Must have an understanding of pharmaceutical markets, how they function, the trends and influences they have on the Company's clients' businesses.
