Skila Announces Major Extension and Expansion of Solution Contracts for Top Pharma Clients

Morris Plains, NJ - May 03, 2010Two top-ten pharma companies have extended and expanded their current agreements with Skila, the industry’s leader in knowledge agility and stakeholder collaboration management. The extensions of Skila’s iAdvocate™, the opinion leader management solution, and iAlliance™, the alliance management solution, represent a strong expression of satisfaction among these clients. Both of these companies recognize that the trusted technology, advisory and hands-on support supplied by Skila solutions are essential to increase functionality, address challenges and enable communications to reach goals.

Having found success during a first year pilot of Skila’s iAlliance™ solution, the first client requested their contract run an additional three years. This will enable Skila to continue providing this top global vaccine supplier with a single touch point for managing commitments, communications and the sharing of knowledge for each of its more than 210 key alliances. This solution contract was augmented to support the global team with a structured alliance portfolio solution throughout their entire alliance platform which consists of product, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, R&D and operations alliance teams.

The second customer’s renewal and expansion of the iAdvocate™ solution was based on the initial ability to efficiently and effectively provide knowledge in a short amount of time. Overall, the critical information within the platform which ensured internal transparency, team alignment and the ability to identify their key customers in real time based on internal and external knowledge lead to the contract extension. Having made a strong impact, iAdvocate™ will continue to identify, validate and segment key influencers and opinion leaders, build strong relationships with thought leaders, and manage relationship goals and outcomes for this Skila client.
