with Boehringer Ingelheim

July 27, 2006 - Skila, a Sela2 Company, has expanded its existing
partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH to provide knowledge management
solutions to support the pharmaceutical company's Global Brand Effectiveness.
Skila has been a long-standing partner of Boehringer Ingelheim in
providing knowledge management solutions in the areas of launch management,
alliance management, competitive intelligence, performance management,
and thought leader management.
Under the terms of this contract expansion, Boehringer Ingelheim will
implement Skila's comprehensive suite of solutions as its Brand Resource
Platform serving products in various stages across Boehringer Ingelheim's
brand portfolio in prescription medicine and consumer health. With
an installed base extending from Boehringer Ingelheim corporate headquarters
in Ingelheim, Germany, to affiliates in numerous countries worldwide,
Skila's platform will allow Boehringer Ingelheim to improve communication,
increase coordination, and enhance planning and decision-making capabilities
